When Kristina said “yes” to being my guinea pig for this new mobile service, I was both excited and so grateful. Offering this option has been on my heart for a while, and her family made it such a beautiful experience.

Why Mobile Newborn Photography Just Makes Sense

As a newborn photographer, I know just how intense those early postpartum days can be. Between feedings, diaper changes, sleep deprivation, and healing, leaving the house with a newborn (and possibly a toddler too!) can feel completely overwhelming.

That’s exactly why I created my mobile studio service—to bring the luxury, comfort, and magic of a full newborn session to you, right in the safety and warmth of your own home.

Instead of packing up baby gear, wrangling toddlers, and trying to make it to the studio on time, you get to stay cozy in your space while I do all the work. I bring the lighting, backdrops, props, wraps, and everything else needed to create timeless, artistic newborn portraits—just like in-studio, but without the stress.

Big Brother, Big Personality

As I set up my mobile studio in Kristina’s home, I was greeted by the sweetest little guy—Sebastien, big brother extraordinaire. He instantly made himself at home with me, showing me his favorite toys and chatting like we were already best friends.

One of the things I loved most about this mobile experience was exactly this—kids feel comfortable when they're in their own environment. There’s no need to "behave" in a new, unfamiliar space. Instead, they can just be themselves. And that authenticity always shines through in the photos.

A Dream Baby and a Heartfelt Session

Baby Ariel was an absolute dream. She moved so gently into each pose and seemed perfectly at ease throughout the session. We moved at her pace, taking breaks for feedings and diaper changes as needed. This is something I always prioritize—making sure baby is content, safe, and never rushed.

When it came time for family portraits, I knew things might get a little silly with a toddler in the mix—and honestly, that made it even better. Real moments, real love, and a whole lot of giggles. These are the memories that matter most.

After wrapping up the session, I packed my gear and made my way home. And you know what? That peaceful drive gave me a chance to decompress and shift back into “mama mode” before stepping into my own busy household.
