Tiny Toes, Big Laughs – A Real-Life Newborn Session with Loic
Sweet baby Loic joined the world recently, and I had the absolute pleasure of capturing his newborn portraits—right in the comfort of his family’s home.
This was a mobile newborn session, and let me tell you… it was a real-life kind of beautiful. Big brother Felix kept things lively (as toddlers do!), and while it took us a little time to settle into the groove, we created absolute magic together.
We kept things simple and cozy with a wrap-focused setup, highlighting all the tiny details—from Loic’s perfect little toes to those sweet, baby fingers—with dreamy macro shots.
The session wrapped up (literally) with an ethereal motherhood portrait—Mom holding her newest baby in the softest light. And right as we were all melting over the moment… Loic decided it was his time to shine. Yep, he emptied his bowels all over Mom.
We paused, had a good laugh (because babies always keep it real), cleaned up, and kept going. These are the memories that make the newborn days so special—messy, magical, and full of love.
