Welcoming Baby Baneen

I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Wasan and Ahmed back into the studio, this time with their three beautiful daughters – Fatima, Fadak, and their newest little love, baby Baneen.

This family already holds such a special place in my heart. I first met them when we celebrated Fadak’s first birthday with a cake smash, and since then, I’ve had the joy of photographing them a few times over the years. Watching families grow through my lens is honestly one of my favorite parts of what I do, so when I heard they had welcomed their third daughter, I was over the moon to capture this sweet milestone with them.

For Baneen’s newborn session, we kept things simple and timeless with soft creams that let the love of this family shine through. We focused on a mix of portraits – some sweet family shots, the most heart-melting sibling moments with her proud big sisters, and of course, those dreamy newborn images that capture just how tiny and precious she is in these first weeks of life.

Baneen, true to being a newborn, made things interesting with lots of spit-ups throughout the session (haha, the joys of baby life!). But with plenty of patience, cuddles, and a calm pace, we kept her comfy and still managed to get such beautiful images that reflect her little personality. It’s always my goal to create a relaxed environment where parents can just enjoy the experience, and I’m so glad we were able to keep things flowing smoothly while capturing all the love in the room.

Fatima and Fadak were such sweet big sisters – curious, gentle, and full of love for their baby sister. The sibling portraits we created together are some of my favorites because they capture that new bond and the unique dynamic of three sisters beginning their journey together.

This session was truly special, not only because of the gorgeous portraits we created but because of the history and trust we’ve built over the years. It means the world to me when families return to share more of their story through my lens.

Welcome to the world, sweet Baneen – you are so loved already!
