Little Maverick’s newborn session happened on the softest Monday — one of those slow, calm days that feels like it was made for cozy babies and quiet conversations. This beautiful mini session was filled with earthy tones, gentle textures, and all the nature-inspired vibes I love so much.

Hands down one of my favorite details. It added the sweetest touch of whimsy while still keeping everything soft, timeless, and organic.


Mav was an absolute dream. He stayed cozy and content throughout the entire session, settling so easily into each wrap and pose like he knew exactly what to do. Those are the moments that make newborn photography feel like magic — when baby leads the way and everything flows effortlessly.


While Maverick snoozed, his mama and I shared the kind of conversation that only happens in these quiet moments. We talked about raising preteens (how is that even real?), the bittersweet beauty of watching your babies grow, and the unexpected joys that come with each new season of motherhood. Those chats are one of my favorite parts of sessions — real, honest, heart-to-heart moments that make the experience so much more than just photos.
